Project identity & book
Alverna Residences Group is developing a real estate project of 36 apartment villas on the historic estate of the Alverna Monastery in Aerdenhout, close to Haarlem, designed by acclaimed architect Charles Vandenhove. The historic domain is being transformed into luxurious residential developments, aimed at an affluent demographic of 55+. The project, named ‘La Verna’, needed to be promoted and introduced to prospective home-owners.
We developed the branding for this project, by advising and helping to create a visual identity and a promotional book, aimed at prospective home owners. The characteristics of the project (heritage, quality, modern esthetics and understated luxury) were translated into the identity and design of the book. The book shows the background, environment and surroundings and gives a detailed impression of the buildings. Using large photographs and renderings. Special attention was payed to the finishing of the book, the embossing and binding. We managed the project flow, content-editing and editorial design. The final identity and the book helped successfully promote the project, which is almost completed and where practically all apartments have been sold.
